    Check the dipper for cracks and make sure no pins are loosening out.. if you have a quick-change bucket, make sure there's no debris between the cylinder or any rocks rubbing against the hydraulic lines, if you have a manual change bucket make sure your bolts are tight, hit it with a steel mallet while you snug them up..make sure your tracks aren't sagging or too tight… check the teeth on your drives and take a look at your idlers.. and of course make sure it's been properly greased for the days work. I try to grease at the end of the day when all the pins are hot from running all day, makes the grease go in easier.

    Hello sir. My name is Razaq. I have cat 320c machine. This machine boom and bucket cylinders operating very slowly. Hydraulic pump and control valve serviced in cat service center. After service machine is working same condition. What is the problem please advice me. Thank you.
