that about zinc being in lacking due to soil depletion, i don't buy it. don't farmers fertilize and replenish soil? are there actual reports of this being some sort of wide-spread problem in your country?

If you have done a video on this already I haven't found it, but I was wondering if you would do a video on what kitchen staples you would recommend keeping in your pantry? Things like keto friendly flours, sweeteners, spices, etc… The things you buy infrequently but always need to keep in your kitchen to prepare clean and healthy foods. Stuff that wouldn't be part if your weekly or even monthly grocery list.

I’d love to see you hit up Target but they prob kick you out too much!! I’d also love to see you break down the prepared foods section at Costco. Love that stuff but there are some hidden no no’s in a lot of it!!

That Broccoli Cheddar Soup says "Use By : 02/03/21". Of course all Costco shoppers know to grab the items on the bottom or in the way back, at least in the produce department.
