    so the 3 main things you check for charging back up on this display is amps of the compressor, superheat of 12 for the evap, and no bubbles in sight glass? but I didnt see you check the amps?

    I make chocolate and I am in the market for a display case. Standard cases max adjustable temp is usually 46F. How would I adjust the controller to cool only to 55F which is more appropriate for chocolate. Do I just change the temp controller to an aftermarket one that is not locked at 46F?
