This Video is a brief “how to” video on converting a whirlpool fridge freezer into a fermentation chamber. I used a Love Dual Stage Controller with one end hooked up to the fridge compressor and the other into an outlet that controls the heaters. Enjoy

I guess one could let the original thermostat in and put it to the lowest settings having the STC-1000 control from the plug that goes into the wall.
I wish too make my fridge into a wine fridge (actually veggies) because many of them keep best at 55 degrees F.

I believe you have the same fridge as I have and I want to do the same thing, but I want to keep the freezer portion working. Will that be possible? Can I hook up a Tstat just to the bottom refrigerator portion and not effect the freezer upper portion.
