Long ago in a land far away we brought a walk-in freezer to our farm. From time to time, I talked about how it needed to be moved. I talked about how it was a top priority to get done. I talked about how awesome it would be when it was ready. Well, it’s not close to ready yet, but it is much closer to being ready, and it is now in a spot where we can work on it!

Caulk – GO AND DON"T STOP…..Over 300 bux for a 12×8 2×6 wall!! That is INSANE….big freezers are awesome….but isn't that a single point of failure? Just thinking out loud and listening to other farmers. Not being critical just more of a concern. Keep them coming! God Bless

I brought my son with me to the farmers market today. All the greens and root vegetables looked amazing. We brought home a big tomato and some fresh leaf lettuce to go with your delicious bacon. 🥓That bacon made the best BLT ever!

My only suggestion to the meat vendors is CryoVac. I would like to see the product that I am buying. If your processor will do it for a reasonable price. I think having your meat vacuum packed would be worth it. I'd love to take your meat camping and on picnics. Paper isn't great in a cooler full of ice.
