Here’s a quick and hearty meal. Campsite comfort food! One of our favorite meals!

You can have great food cooked without all the modern conviences. Let us show you how!

***** Disclaimer*****

If you choose to live without refrigeration,

You MUST EDUCATE YOURSELF on food safety. Don’t go by our opinions or examples.

You must have great understanding of food preparation and storage.

We share our experiences with no refrigeration but they are by no means a substitute for doing your own research.

Your health is in your hands, not mine.

We are Lee and Susan and of course – Buster, our Papillon.

We are on a nomadic,  minimalistic journey.

Traveling the US, first year and a half in a tent then we built our “Teeny Tiny” tiny home (upcoming videos of the build)

while making a living creating artisan woodworking off grid and vending trade shows across the country.

We set out in May 2017, so we have lots to share and stories to tell.

So, as we experience this chapter in our lives and start on our journey, we invite you to tag along. We are hoping for a great adventure and wishing the same for you in your lives in whichever great adventure you may choose.

Of course I had to watch the food video first. LOL. That looks really good. Mexican is one of my favorite foods. We'll have to try and make that. We keep our eggs out. We used to keep them in the fridge but then heard of some people not keeping them in the fridge. It's been about a year now and haven't had any problems. We buy the big boxes. We have raw egg shakes every morning. I've also left cream cheese in the sealed package out of the fridge for a day or two and was able to use it. I don't think you could leave it out after it's opened though. Of course, as you, we're not recommending any of this. Just sharing what we have done.
