    EE always means shorted thermistor. Enter diagnostic mode to determine whether it is the cabinet or evaporator thermistor that is faulty. Ohm reading @32 degrees Fahrenheit should be 30k-33k. Testing it at room temp won't give you an accurate reading. That one looks like it's pretty close to 30k though.
