You present a convincing case, and these are certainly exciting times to enter the field. I hope many who are looking to make a change or who are just getting started will take your advice.

Right on Jay. Good video to encourage other's to do HVAC&R. I've been in the trade in all aspects for 40 year's. I've seen and experienced a gambit of job's in this hard but rewarding profession. The NAVY trained me at 21 years of age and after I got out it's been a true blessing to have survived and thrived. I am now a stationary engineer at a HUGE data center for the past 9 years so being that "road warrior" is behind me now. At 62 my body has been showing the effects of hot roofs, blistering heat in attics so I'm grateful to be working in much more comfortable environments. Keep up the great work and putting out valuable video's. Good luck with everything.
