I am totally impressed that you bothered to install the piston in the distributor. Most that I run into, the installers have no idea what a pistons purpose is. I generally get a call when they can’t figure out why the system does not run correctly…. Rock on.

Well honestly you get to keep the pallet wood it's a better thing cuz the price of wood is getting ridiculous you can build a whole house out of pallet wood or I guess crate wood lol

Fantastic looking install if that's what you are into lol. Anyways make life easier and start using stay brite 8 and stay clean with mapp gas instead of brazing, It can be used anywhere except at the compressor. I met an engineer from Harris at Youngs Supply and spoke with him about it. It can be used even with 401A. Your joints have to be super clean. I used it at work on a trane chiller holding 1200 pounds of 134a for a leaking ball valve. The guys where like WTF are you doing mannnnnnnnnn? I said SHUT UP and learn something, he has 55 years in refrigeration lol. Looks exactly like a plumbing joint. It's been running and holding for two years. So not at the compressor and joint's must be clean.

if u get a chance maybe You could swing by when u have a few minutes & take a Quick video of the Entire Job & what it looks like & how u did it. it Would be cool to see all the parts & pieces now that its finished. i noticed you used a Grey drain line pvc pipe ? thats a cool idea. You could even do it when u take your motorcycle out for a Run. it would be nice to see the end product & any tricks u used.
